Amy Amy combines 20 years of anatomy expertise, the latest sports and event massage techniques, and therapeutic polarity, to provide a holistic treatment approach for each client. Click here for complete information about all treatment options available.

Ellen Ellen is a gentle practitioner who can address your mind, body and spirit through massage, polarity therapy, and craniosacral therapy. Through verbal and physical dialog, she creates a safe space for healing. Read more about Ellen here.


Myra I typically combine aspects of NMT, MFR, Deep Tissue, and hydrotherapy (moist hot or cold packs, stones, foot soaks, etc.) to create a well-balanced, effective, and comfortable treatment plan tailored for you.
